If you become aware of a claim or a potential claim due to an error, omission or negligent act committed by a licensee or registrant you worked with, you should notify the licensee or registrant and/or their managing broker. As we do not accept claims directly from the members of the public, it is up to the subscriber to report a claim or potential claim to REIX.
